Who we are

Hi, I'm Pam Strand.

For over 20 years, I helped people build strong bodies and minds in the gym. But as I moved into my sixties, I discovered the power of stillness in building strength and resilience.

That’s why I created Strand Strong Wellness—to share the practices that have helped me (and many others) restore calm, clarity, and presence in our bodies, minds, and lives.

I’m a lifelong learner, fascinated by how the body and mind work together to support well-being.
