I’ve spent over 20 years helping people build strength and create healthy change in their lives—first in the gym, and now through a more holistic approach that includes movement, breathwork, and stillness.
In the past five years, my learning quest has expanded my expertise beyond personal training and life coaching. I’ve deepened my work in stress, sleep, and recovery coaching and earned certifications in breathwork, meditation, and Qigong. I’m excited to bring these practices together to help people build resilience from the inside out.
